Project Roadmap
  • Diagnositic Session

    We begin our Treatments with a 30-45 minute live session. We usually start by covering existing content and identifying areas of improvement. We'll then shift to design, working together to align on a presentation style bespoke to you.

  • Deck Rebuild

    Our Treatments supercharge your deck design across three areas. First, we introduce strong visual layouts that improve readability and impact across your deck. Next, we bring everything into a custom branded style that reflects your brand and vision. Finally, we zero in on language, introducing memorable headlines and refining copywriting across all content.

  • Collaborative Revisions

    After delivering a high fidelity first take, we bring you back into the process. Treatments include one revisionary round, generally executed over 7-10 days. This time is often used to address content edits, bring in additional slides, address external investor & advisor feedback, and respond to any questions you may have.

    Project Roadmap
    • Storyboarding Workshop

      Our 75 minute storyboard workshop sits at the heart of “The Surgery” and the work we do at Deck Doctors. We’ll dive into your product, business, vision, discuss previous decks and narrative, offer up many ideas, ask lots of questions, and generally get to know each other.

    • Narrative Outline

      After deep diving into your business, we set time to synthesize insights and brainstorm narrative and design approaches. There’s a hefty dose of net-new thinking introduced in Surgery projects, and we pull back the curtain on our thinking early and often to ensure alignment.

    • Full Build

      For Full Builds, we generally conceive everything from scratch. We’ll look at existing materials for certain data points, but introduce new visual layouts and copywriting across the deck. Prepare to have your storytelling and design reimagined!

    • Extended Revisions

      After delivering a high fidelity take, we bring you back into the process. Full Builds include two rounds of revision, generally executed over 2 weeks. This time is often used to address content edits, bring in additional slides, address external investor & advisor feedback, and respond to any questions you may have.
